Announcements


Dr. Alireza Bagheri has recieved the Milestone Bioethics Leadership Award. This Award recognizes an established bioethicist who has made an outstanding contribution to the discipline of Health Care Ethics through significant research, publications, educational and leadership endeavours. The Award is given by the Centre for Healthcare Ethics, Lakehead University every 5 years.

Elizabeth Peter was inducted as a Fellow into the American Academy of Nursing.

Sophie Roher was awarded a 2018 Health System Impact Fellowship through the Canadian Institutes of Health Research. Her PhD focus will be on Applications of Indigenous knowledge in health policy and program planning in the Northwest Territories.
