One day it is sunny and warm, and just like that, the weather changes. The above picture was taken on the 14th. We still have quite a bit to get done and are so thankful for the sunny days that have followed the snow storm.

All the colors have turned out to be great together, by the grace of God.

The day before the storm, Erik and his son Brevik started putting up rock around the cabin. It is tedious work like doing a jigsaw puzzle, and we are very happy with the result.
Here’s a picture of the cabin as of yesterday. Apart from the rock wall, the other side of the roofing is being finished, and the siding is slowly getting done. The wiring was done last week, and the rough-in plumbing is done. Today, the porch will be poured and stamped. Also, the pad for the pump house will be done. The weather forecast is good for the next few days, which promises good progress all around. As usual, we covet your prayers—nothing ever goes quite as planned, and there have been many obstacles along the way.

We are heading to Wisconsin for the CareGivers Forum conference on Sunday and expect to have great fellowship with old friends and new acquaintances. That’s the event where we met Oliver, our newest board member, last year. He has been a huge blessing to Shekinah Ranch and to us personally.
We appreciate your interest in and prayer for Shekinah Ranch, and we always welcome any comments or questions.
