This week's dishes: Hearts of Palm and Papaya Salad, Baked Potatoes with Guacamole, Yellow Curry Lentils, Black Bean Tamale Pie, and Key Lime Pie
Hearts of Palm and Papaya Salad: Hearts of palm, jicama, papaya, cucumbers, shallots, rice vinegar, and pumpkin seeds.
Baked Potatoes with Guacamole: Potatoes, avocado, onions, tomato, garlic, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and cumin.
Yellow Curry Lentils: Yellow lentils, onions, garlic, celery, vegetable broth, yellow curry, arugula, and mushrooms.
Black Bean Tamale Pie: Pie-Masa flour, vegetable broth, black beans, tahini, sunflower seeds, onions, carrots, celery, garlic, cilantro, green onions, lime, black pepper, epazote, and baking powder. Salsa: tomatoes, onions, cilantro, garlic, dried chilis, coriander, cumin, and vegetable broth.
Key Lime Pie: Crust: Pecans, dates, rice flour, and almond milk. Filling: Avocados, coconut milk, agar, lime juice, lime zest, and cashews. Topping: Peaches, dates, agar flakes, apple juice, cashews, and lime zest.
