Saturday October 27 - Community Yard Sale 8AM - Noon

Sell your unwanted items right from the convenience of your driveway.  This is the time of year people want to buy winter clothing and gear, decorations, furniture, Halloween costumes, and even Christmas gifts. The cooler weather will bring customers out and you won’t be sweating out in the sun.  The community will advertise to draw in buyers.  Don't forget about the Charlotte City license needed in order to have your garage sale.
