Speaking in support of the Cornwall Good Seafood Guide Pete said "I was thrilled when the Cornwall Wildlife Trust, with their independent credibility came up with the brilliant idea of compiling and regularly updating a Cornish Good Seafood Guide   to help restaurateurs and the general public make good Cornish fish buying decisions. The online resource is so easy to comprehend and packed full of great info on all matters fishy, but it also promotes its business supporters, and uses their small annual subscriptions to guarantee it too has a sustainable future”
