MONDAY, OCTOBER 22 & TUESDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2018

The 4th annual WSCOS conference will take place this year at Boise State University. Participants will leave the conference with a better knowledge of how they impact prevention, models of success and resiliency, and how each can implement facets from the conference into their own lives and professions. The conference focus is on the power of storytelling and gatekeeping. There will also be a focus on innovative models that are rural based and help to share best practices for serving rural veterans and/or employing transitioning military personnel to the rural health care field.

  • Free CEUs will be available. Registering for credit will take place the day of the conference upon check-in. CEU Reviewed by Idaho Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers: LSW, LMSW, and LCSW.

  • Free parking will be available in the Lincoln Garage. You will be able to park in any space that is not designated by a sign. Please remember your license plate (take a picture on your phone) then proceed to a pay kiosk. The Pay kiosks are available on each floor by the staircase. You will need to remember your license plate number and select "Suicide Prevention" on the screen. Then you will be prompted step by step by the kiosks. You will be given a receipt once the transaction is finished (Which does NOT have to be placed on your dash).
