Hello All Fellow Runners and Walkers

Well here we are at the end of a very successful Harrier season, and many thanks to all the runners and walkers that have supported our events. A special thanks to all those who have organised courses, set up and taken down courses and also the timekeepers and recorders without whom we would not have the events we do.

So this Saturday, 27th October is our very last event for the year, The Sprig and Fern 10k at Mapua. Hopefully we will have a great turn out, and it would be especially fantastic if members could wear their club uniforms. We hope to get some great photos for our website and Facebook page. The course is a little different from last year, but should be very scenic and enjoyable. Meet up besides the Mapua Hall. Please ALL be there for Race briefing which will be held at 2:00pm. Walkers and Runners who are likely to take longer than 1 hour to complete the course go at 2:15pm, with the main Running Group leaving at 2:35pm. Please note that these times are different to the poster advertised ones.

Our Eddyline 5k series will be starting Wednesday 7th November.
Race Briefing being under the Big Tree on the reserve outside Eddyline carpark at 5:50pm, Walkers will go at 6:05pm and All Runners 6:15pm.
$3 entry,  3 courses, spot Prizes sponsored by Raeward Fresh, Pics Peanut Butter, Don Clementson FAV Satellite services, Smiths Sports Shoes and Eddyline Brewery

Finally, our AGM ( when we choose our 2019 committee) will be Tuesday 27th November 7:30pm, we've had a simply awesome committee this year, but we are always happy to add some new faces to the line up. It is not too onerous a task, and the more people the better the load share. Have a think about it, and don't be afraid to put your hand up.
