Dear <<First Name>>

We hope to find you well!

You are receiving this email as you gave us your email address on Saturday 16 June at the Winchester Buttercross! Thank you!

You left your email address on a Win-IN form on a tablet to receive more info from us and I had promised to get back to you - alas, life got in the way and it is now already October. Sorry about the huge delay!

I'm now sending you this email to ask you to actually opt in to receiving our emails - something the form unfortunately did not record. To help comply with GDPR consent requirements, we need you to confirm electronically that you would like to receive future emails from us.

If you would like to continue hearing from us, please update your subscription settings using the button below:

We are working closely together with the European Movement group in Hampshire and would like to ask you to also sign up for their email newsletters. You can find their latest newsletter here. On the page at the top left is a button which you can use to subscribe. But of course this is entirely up to you!

If you are interested and haven't seen our blog post yet, read more about the action day and the campaign here: https://www.win-in.uk/2018/06/is-brexit-going-well-brexitometer.html

Finally, if you would like to keep up-to-date with our activities by receiving our Newsletter or, even better, support us when running events, then that's great! If you would rather not receive emails from Win-IN going forward, please simply use the unsubscribe option at the bottom of this mail.

Kind regards,
Sylke on behalf of the Win-IN team

P.S. Some information about some of the groups involved on that Saturday:

Both Winchester International Network (Win-IN) and The 48% - Winchester group are local pro-EU grassroots groups which have been founded during the last year. The local 48% group formed in reaction to the referendum result to campaign against Brexit. Shortly after that Win-IN was founded by a subset of members of the Winchester 48% group with the primary aim to provide assistance and activities for international and/or internationally minded community members. Both groups are party-independent, and made up entirely of volunteers who run activities in their spare time.

The European Movement is an independent, cross-party organisation committed to keeping the UK in the EU. The group's belief is that there is no deal better for the UK than full EU membership and the European Movement's nationwide grassroots network is campaigning to keep the UK at the heart of Europe.

As we all agree on the #StopBrexit message, we all work together.
