OCTOBER 2018
Keep the Momentum Going: Using Mental Health Awareness Resources All Year Long
Although Mental Health Awareness Week is over, our work continues: we will keep spreading awareness about the importance of mental health and speaking out against the stigma around mental illness.

Each Mind Matters' Mental Health Awareness Week toolkit contains valuable resources that can be customized to raise awareness in your community and help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health challenges. Just because Mental Health Awareness Week is over doesn't mean you can't use these resources all year long!
