Exciting Changes Within the MLC!
|
|
|
A note from Lauren:
Hi everyone! Many of you may know me as the coordinator for the MLC. I recently got an opportunity to write for a website (my degree is in Journalism) and had to cut down on my hours with the MLC.
To fill in the gaps, there is now a new Coordinator (Allison... see her note below) and I will now be the Website Coordinator. I'll be working on anything related to the website, newsletter, & emails to membership. If you have any questions or would like to be featured in the newsletter, feel free to email me at lrstewar@gmail.com or webcoordinator@michiganlean.org!
-Lauren Stewart
Now a note and introduction from our new Coordinator:
Hello all!
My name is Allison DeVries and I am the Coordinator for the MLC!
A little bit about me:
I have had a lot of varying experiences both personally and professionally, as I moved around the country with my Husband. I have experience in banking, design, compliance, admin, and marketing before finally settling down back in our home state - Michigan. I am so excited to be part of the MLC and put all of my skills to use in one place!
I am very passionate about this organization and I am so excited to see what the future holds for the MLC. These are really exciting times for us!
Personally, my husband and I have an (almost) 4 year old, Greyson. He keeps us VERY busy and we just adore him. We love outdoor activities including Kayaking, camping, skiing and snowboarding.
I enjoy LIFE in general and I am pleased to make the MLC a big part of it! Please reach out to me with questions, concerns, or just to say “hi!”.
Looking forward to working with all of you to improve our organization and the great State of Michigan!
Sincerely,
Allison DeVries
