Improving experience on the Anzac Portal website

Thank you for being a user of the Anzac Portal. We are investigating opportunities to improve the site experience. To do this, we want to understand more about you, as a user of the site.

We are currently recruiting people to participate in interviews and focus groups. We are looking for anyone who has used the Anzac Portal before, or may have an interest in using it in the future.

These interviews and focus groups will occur between 22 and 30 October. Each session will take approximately 30 to 60 minutes, and can be held face to face at the DVA office in Canberra or Melbourne. Alternatively, we encourage participation by users who may not be able to attend face to face and would arrange telephone interviews in those instances.
