In the lead up to his star turn at Wild Honey Mandarin Gallery restaurant from 2-7 November 2018, Urban Journey delved into what makes this great Chef tick – from his favourite foodie haunts in London, to his top 5 ingredients he can’t live without, and even his most memorable meal.
