The South East Aylesbury Link Road Bulletin provides local residents and businesses with up to date information on the scheme proposals. This bulletin updates on submission of the planning application and survey work that will be commencing in November.

Planning application update

The Council is currently preparing the planning application for the road. The submission of the application is planned to be completed by the end of the year. This is later than previously stated due to some delays in production of technical documents for the Environmental Impact Assessment. A further bulletin will be sent out as soon as this submission takes place and all the documents will be made available publicly. A consultation period will then open for public opposition and support to be made. This will run for a period of 30 days

All planning documents will be available online with paper copies available in at least two public locations.

Surveying

The project is due to start further survey work on site from the 5th November for approximately 2 weeks. This will include geophysical surveys to understand the ground conditions and Public Rights of Way surveys.
