Showtime Is Upon Us!
Dear Friend,
WOW! What an amazing time we had in Florida at the new James Museum of Western & Wildlife Art for the opening weekend of the 58th Annual Exhibition of the Society of Animal Artists! It really was one for the memory books - check out the blog posts by Rachelle to glimpse our incredible weekend.
As you read this it is likely Rachelle is at her easel putting the finishing touches on a Red Fox painting for us to take to the Waterfowl Festival. Wes is still framing our newest works and filling out paperwork for the shows. We are both eager to be back in Easton, MD and Thomasville, GA this month to see so many of you again and catch up with peers we haven't seen since last Fall.
We're delighted to have received some awards lately which are noted below! We're also looking forward to revamping our Exquisite Miniatures Touring Exhibition with some more recent works and new display panels. The Tour is now possibly the largest and longest running of its kind for any artist and it is still being added to with new venues, States and in-person appearances by us. We hope, if you are near the Hickory, NC area, that you will be able to join us at the Hickory Museum of Art in January for a Gallery Walk and presentation.

The new panels that accompany our exhibition
Until January 1st, 2019, the tour is at The Stamford Museum & Nature Center in Stamford, CT.
We are updating the exhibition with new panels and artwork before it opens on January 20th, 2019 at The Hickory Museum of Art, Hickory, NC. We will be present for the Opening Reception at the Hickory Museum of Art and will be doing a Gallery Walk and possibly a presentation on Sunday afternoon on the 20th.
Would you like to see Exquisite Miniatures in your area? Please feel free to suggest museum venues especially if you have a contact relationship with the staff!
Paintings are being sold on the tour and shipped to collectors at the close of that venue. Copies of our books are usually available in the museum gift shops too! The EM Tour is the only place where you can still purchase copies of Exquisite Miniatures by Wes & Rachelle Siegrist (Less than a dozen copies remain!)

We are extremely excited to announce that Rachelle received the SAA's highest award, an Award of Excellence, on her painting! This is Rachelle's second time to receive the coveted award on one of her miniature paintings!
