Architectural drawings and construction plans have been submitted to DCRA for the properties at 1326 Valley Place, SE and 1648 U Street, SE. The submission for 1518 W Street, SE is pending a few final changes to the structural plans, since the foundation will require significantly more work than originally expected.

Community Meetings in Historic Anacostia
Tuesday, November 6 - We will be at the November ANC 8A Meeting at 7:00 p.m. to provide an update on our historic rehabilitation projects.
Saturday, December 1 -We will also be at the Ward 8 Homebuyers Club at 11:00 a.m. to share preliminary information on the projects and the eventual sale of the houses.
Great to see community members at the HABA meeting we attended on a rainy evening in October.
