We're so excited to have Laurel Hill wooden crochet hooks in stock! Made in Vietnam from exotic woods, these beautiful hooks are a treat to use. Sustainably sourced from scrap and recycled woods from furniture and musical instrument factories, the hooks are hand finished in a cooperatively owned production facility that is friendly and safe. All the members are valued and treated with dignity and respect. If you've been looking to try a wooden crochet hook that feels wonderful in the hand and makes each stitch a joy to work, look no further.
If you follow the shop on Instagram you know we've been mad for making needle felted candy corn the last few weeks. Needle felting is fun and easy and we've got a bunch of products, new and old, in the shop to get you on your way. Including these fiber packs from Fiber Trend which have a great range of colors and won't break the bank. Needle Felting is a great rainy day project to do with kids (my 7 year old nephew made some of the felted pumpkins above) and perfect for making holiday ornaments or little fun items. Stop by the shop and we'll be happy to give you a quick demonstration on how fun and easy it is!

I'm pretty sure you don't need us to tell you to vote on Tuesday if you haven't already. It is more important than ever to get out there and make your voice heard. Once you've voted, come by on Tuesday (we're open until 10pm), show us your sticker and get 20% off a skein of yarn or braid of fiber as a thank you. It is that important, and if the lure of a discount on some of yarn will help get you to the polls - let us tempt you!
