The Happy Mom's Guide to the Holidays

The GIT Mom motto is parenting should be about fitting the right combination of things in your life so both you and your child are fulfilled - so you can Get It Together! Here are some simple parenting resolutions to bring your family success, and not dread, during the last two months of the year and keep the focus on your well-being instead of coming apart at the seams:

✅Share the load (literally). Moms spend 90 more minutes on household chores than partners, and couples who split chores, have more relationship satisfaction. Your partner is not a mind reader that you’re over his lazy ways so speak up!

✅Eliminate dumb stuff that's causing you stress from your overgrown to-do list.

✅Delegate. Nope, you’re not super awesome at everything.

✅Don’t rush to say yes; instead say, “I’ll get back to you.”

✅Stop feeling guilt about saying no. Nobody knows what’s going on in your life.

And, if you live in the Los Angeles area and will be attending the LA Baby Show, I’d love to meet you! It’s my first time taking the GIT Mom message to Cali and I’m super psyched to hit the road again.

Love,
Eirene 🦃 🍷 😊
