New Series Starting This Weekend

The apostle Paul teaches us that there is an invisible battle going on. He talks about the battle, which is not an earthly battle but a heavenly battle. It's not a battle against the seen but against the unseen.

So, behind the evil that is done in this world, behind the unwillingness to talk it out, behind the unwillingness to cease fire, behind all of those things are forces that we cannot see, evil forces that seek to steal, kill and destroy.  This is not a child’s story.  This is not fantasy.  This is WARFARE.

Compassion Weekend

CBC takes Christ’s call to love our neighbors to heart. Last weekend at services, we hosted a special guest from Compassion International and learned how the sponsorship he received and faith in Jesus changed his life and, how God is using him now! Watch here.

During the services over 1,700 children in the state of Chiapas in Mexico were sponsored. Mexico rests deep in our hearts as our neighbor and a nation that God deeply loves. It is CBC’s desire to strategically place ourselves in Chiapas the poorest state of Mexico, in partnership with Compassion International.

5K Run

Community Bible Church and Cornerstone Church are partnering to bring you the first annual Rey Feo 5K- Run for Christ event! Join our city on Saturday, November 10 @ 8am as we run for Christ, all proceeds of race to benefit the Rey Feo Scholarship Foundation. Race route will begin at CBC and will end at Cornerstone Church. Kids Life

KidsLife is a small-group Bible study for students in grades 3-5. We meet on Wednesday nights from 7:00-8:00pm during the fall and spring semesters. Activities include Bible lessons, discussions, memorization of scripture, and at-home assignments. Session #2, which starts November 7th, we are studying Promises of God.

Kids Media Serve Team

We are looking for those that want to use their love of technology for the glory of God. If you love serving behind-the-scenes, this is a great opportunity to connect your love for technology and Jesus by running a camera or assisting with lyrics.
