Hi Pathfinders,

Thanks for a great night last night at Pathfinder Club Night. We are making great progress at marching and knots :-).  As we discussed last night we have our last Pathfinder Campout coming up in two weeks time
9th-11th November 2018

Camp registrations close Tuesday 6th November, 2018 8pm.  You must be registered by this time to be able to attend.  This form and application will not be available after this time.  This is so we can prepare transport and breakfast allocations.

Information regarding this camp is detailed below:

## When ##
Leaving from Albury Church Carpark (805 David Street, Albury)
Friday 9th November 2018 4pm
Returning to Albury Church Carpark (805 David Street, Albury)
Approximately Sunday 11th November 2018 3pm
Please call/TXT Damian on 0414 548 058 on Sunday if you wish to confirm the estimated time of arrival back to Albury Church Carpark

## Camp Fee ##
$40 per Pathfinder (includes Transport, Equipment Costs and the following meals - Saturday breakfast and Sunday breakfast)

## Closed Camp ##
All Pathfinder Camps are closed camps.  This means that only registered people are able to attend the camp and participate.  If any parents intend on visiting for a day trip please speak with Damian  on 0414 548 058 to ensure you can be registered - you CANNOT just turn up!.  This is to ensure we can comply with our safety procedures!

## Facilities ##
There are toilets and showers :-).
Albury Pathfinder Club will be taking our own drinking water supply.

## Risk Assessment / Safety Management Plan ##
Be sure to read and understand the Risk Assessment / Safety Management Plan that has been prepared to protect the safety of your Pathfinder

## Camp Applications Close ##

Saturday Breakfast

## Activities planned ##
All Pathfinders will have the opportunity to participate in a number of activities including hiking to the top of The Rock

Your Pathfinders will also complete camping skills and games and we will do some more marching and knot practice
This camp will be a fun end of year camp!

## What to pack/bring ##
We suggest you use the following items to pack your Pathfinders items
* Plastic Tub with lid for food storage
* Bag for clothing/supplies/equipment
Please ensure each item is labelled clearly to be easily identified

Only bring essential items as we have limited luggage carrying capacity.

Food your Pathfinder needs to pack/bring:
  Friday Night Tea (packed dinner as we will not have the opportunity to cook)
  Saturday Lunch
  Saturday Tea
  Sunday Lunch
  Snacks
  Water Bottle

  Plate, bowl and cutlery

Other items you Pathfinder needs to pack/bring:

Bible

Bedding
Tents will be provided by the club but your Pathfinder will need to pack/bring:
  Sleeping mat or stretcher
  Sleeping bag
  Pillow

Clothes
  4x Underwear (enough underwear for the entire weekend including good thermal underwear)
  2x Shirts including Pathfinder field uniform to be worn throughout the camp
  2x Pairs Pants
  1x Pair Shorts
  Windcheater
  2x Pairs Socks
  Raincoat/jacket
  Solid footware (waterproof if possible)
  Swimwear (weather dependent)

Washing
  Towel
  Soap
  Washer
  Toothbrush and Toothpaste
  Hair comb or brush

Sun Safety Protection  
  Hat and Sunscreen

Other
  Torch with new batteries (including spare batteries).
  Insect repellent
  Day pack to take on a walk and water bottle
    
* If you are uncertain on what to pack/bring then please speak to one of the Pathfinder leaders to assist.

* If you do not have certain items needed for camping eg, sleeping bag, sleeping mat, day pack etc please speak to one of the Pathfinder leaders who may be able to assist.
