Weekly Yoga Update

Class Theme - Balance 
October 29 to November 3 


This week's class will help improve blood flow in your legs from balance poses and leg flows, as well as, improve your mental concentration. 

Hatha classes: We will practice balance poses to help calm and clear the mind, as well as, strengthen your physical balance & concentration.

Yin classes: Feet, ankle and hip stretches. All important for balance. Poses emphasizing symmetry.

I'm away this Monday Oct.29 7pm All Levels at TAYS (Emma Drudge is teaching). There is no class this Wednesday Night at HIS; the new session begins November 14th.
