Towards the end of October we began getting the gardens for winter. During this time we fence off areas such as the Orchard, Rose Garden, and Hillside Welcome Garden. The Education Center is packed with benches, tables, and more and the restrooms are closed. The 2018 season was a blast and we can't wait to see what next year will bring! Starting November 1st the Welcome Center will be open during our winter hours listed above.

We want your membership to be accurate. An unknown change in mailing address may delay when you receive your membership renewal reminder or other important information like coupons to the 2019 plant sale. Updating your information is easy! Just send an email to office@cedarvalleyarboretum.org with the information to be changed and we will happily update it!

Looking for a space to hold a birthday, graduation party, anniversary celebration, family reunion, or wedding? Look into renting space at the Arboretum. Rentals begin in late May and run through early October. Education Center rentals begin at $40 per hour and wedding rentals range from $300 to $800. Weekend dates are filling up fast.

Looking for fun stocking stuffers or a one of a kind gift for the holiday season? We have plenty of fun options in the Arboretum Gift Shop. The gift shop is open from 9-5 Monday-Friday. Did you know that you can purchase memberships for a family member or friend as a gift? A gift membership to the Arboretum is great for anyone who loves to travel, make memories, or enjoy time in nature.
Gift memberships must be paid for by the following dates to be sent to your recipient in time for the holidays.
Christmas: Dec. 14th
Hanukkah: Nov. 23rd
Kwanzaa: Dec 14th
Celebrate a holiday not listed here? We will happily work with you to get a gift membership sent in time for your celebration, just let us know which holiday and we will adjust our sending time accordingly.
