Today's Dose of Smile-Therapy

Meet Judge Frank Caprio. He has a show called ‘Caught in Providence.’
 
Most of the issues that come before him are 'small potatoes' stuff. It appears Judge Caprio has fun with people, while trying to teach them a small lesson. Some may argue, that there is no penalty dished out for these small crimes.

Our guess is that this probably does more good than harm and hopefully people leave with more respect for the  system and the law.
