Thank you to everyone that assisted with the building of the float and participated in the parade! I heard the float itself was awesome and the amount of people we reached was good. Hopefully we can start to see the results from our efforts in our Try Hockey For Free (THFF) sign ups.
I would like all us to still to continue to share the THFF event with our friends and families. We still have THFF Halloween Cards available to be given out with candy on Halloween! I will have more available at the table by the hockey office on Tuesday! Remeber, each player referred by you gives your player a coupon for a spring/summer camp.
There is no power skating Monday, October 29, 2018 and no practice on Halloween. We are off to a good start thus far this season and let us continue to work hard and push our efforts everyday!
The 12's have their first tournament this coming weekend in Madison, WI this coming weekend.
All the team calendars are on the website under the Teams and Leagues tab. On there you can subscribe to each calendar to get up to date information about practice times and days. It is important to note that there is a deviation in the schedule on November, 28th for the 10's and 12's. Also, the 2nd half of the season is now on the calendar.
House Hockey - RYHL & IP
The November-December session of RoughRiders Youth Hockey League (RYHL) and Instructional Program (IP) registration is still open! Be sure to get registered today! Also, if you have not returned your jersey please do so this week. It needs to be washed as I have already washed and hung up all the jerseys turned in on the last day this past week.
The next session starts this Saturday, November 3rd! You can find the Calendars on the RYHL and IP pages of the website. This will allow you to stay up to date on days and times!
We are looking for several RYHL/IP 8U players to participate in a few tournaments with our travel 8U teams. There will be small fee (TBD) associated, but it will a great opportunity for any families thinking about making the move to travel next year. Please email me if you are interested.
