We had a special time of celebrating Communion together as a church family and watching many as they were baptized in water!
Romans 6:4 Says, “For we died and were buried with Christ by baptism. And just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious power of the Father, now we also may live new lives.”
We had six people who were scheduled to be baptized. After that, we had another 18 people spontaneously decide to get baptized fully clothed! We baptized people for over an hour for a total of 24 people!
Definitely one of my favorite moments in our church history!
Would you take a moment right now and pray for those who were baptized? Pray that God would fan the flames of their passion as they begin a new commitment to walk with Him. Pray like you would like people to pray for you. Even a few seconds in prayer can make a difference.
