Annual General Meeting (AGM)
A small group gather Tanswell's Commercial Hotel on 25th October for our AGM.
We listen to the reports from the President, Treasurer and Coordinator.
We held the voting for the Committee of Management.
We voted in some executive positions and general members however we were unsuccessful in gaining a President. Belinda is happy to stay on for a short while.

We need a person to volunteer for this role
The president:
The role of the President of the Management Committee is to:
Facilitate the Management Committee (no authority or status).

Set the meeting agenda including the order of business and allocation of time. 
Ensure decisions are made in a constructive manner, action is taken and workload is shared.
Help the meeting come to agreement.
Ensure that the meetings run smoothly and in an efficient manner.
Determine if a quorum is present at meetings.
Chair the meeting.
Act as spokesperson for the committee when necessary.
