Above and beyond...
In late August we called on the Arise and Unveiled family to help us meet a need to repair the complete braking system of our Hyundai Canter that transports 40 students to school each day and over 20,000 meals each month to area schools in the southern peninsular region of Haiti. You responded overwhelmingly! We are so thankful and blessed to be able to not only repair the braking system, but fully repair the box of the truck (after 8 years by the sea) and address other maintenance issues. Thanks to your generosity the "box truck" as it is known, will be like new to continue to serve the children of Haiti. We are so blessed you went above and beyond! As the Haitian proverb says, Ansanm nou fo! Together we are strong!

About ARISE HAITI
Founded by missionaries James and Rachael Courter in 2009, Arise Haiti's purpose it witness the body of Christ (ecclesia) arise and shine in the nation in Haiti.
200 years after the arrival of the first missionary in Haiti, the Protestant church has grown to an upwards estimate of 50% of the population. In the words of the prophet Isaiah we believe God is calling His church to:
“Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory
of the Lord rises upon you ….” (Isaiah 60:1)
This is a kairos moment, we believe God is calling the church
to ARISE in Haiti and witness the supernatural renewal,
restoration, revival, and reconciliation of the nation. Now is
the time, for the church in Haiti to not only receive the
“sent,” but to send the “called” to the world.
