Hospitality Management Level 6 Diploma

QRC Tai Tokerau delivers accelerated 21 months Level 6 Diplomas including a fully paid internship.  The combination of four intakes per year, small class sizes, currency of content, industry immersion and the Professional Excellence System, ensures our graduates are the employees of first choice.

Tourism Operations Level 4 Certificate

QRC Tai Tokerau delivers a QRC Certificate in Tourism Operations which will prepare students to work in the tourism industry, with a focus on front-line positions, across a range of organisations.  Graduates will also be able to progress onto further study and gain entry into QRC’s Diploma in Hospitality Management (Level 6)

Culinary Arts Level 3 & 4 Certificates

QRC Culinary cookery programmes train budding culinary professionals in the specialist cookery skills and in-depth operational knowledge needed to excel in commercial kitchen positions
