"I'm soooo close to completing my Master Aromatherapists Diploma! It's been a long time in the making, and now that I have just completed one of two electives, I can see the finish line!
I began my study journey at the AIAS College of Beauty Therapy (Cert IV in Aromatherapy) and now transferred those studies over to the Australian College of Aromatherapy to complete my diploma. A lot of hours of study and practice has gone into getting this far, on top of my day job and running my little aromatherapy biz on the side.
I chose Holistic Herbal Therapy as one of my electives as I feel herbal therapy goes hand in hand with aromatherapy...after all, they're both a form of healing using plants!
My next elective is Pre and Post Natal Aromatherapy which will compliment my mum and bub range perfectly...and then...I will have finally completed my diploma! Yay!!
I believe continually learning is important, and even after more than 20 years of aromatherapy experience, there is always something new to discover.
I'm thinking, once I've completed my diploma, I'm going to study aromatherapy and colour next. And, maybe learn a language...Italian sounds like a good idea!
