This is a sign-up form for new members AND members renewing their membership to the Winnipeg MQG.

Instructions:
1. Fill out the form below and click the blue "Register" button.
2. You will receive an email from us asking you to confirm your membership. Click the blue button that says "Yes, add me to the WMQG Membership List". If you don't click the button you won't receive the Guild members-only emails. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.
3. Pay for your membership by clicking on the Paypal link in the email you receive or eTransfer to winnipeg.mqg@gmail.com or mail a cheque made out to The Winnipeg Modern Quilt Guild to the address in the email you receive. You can also bring cash to the next in-person meeting.

Your membership is not complete until we have received your payment.
