We've had a difficult time this year scheduling our meetings due to elections, conventions, etc. For October, our regularly scheduled meeting falls on October 27th, right smack in the middle of early voting for the most important election of our lifetime. So, instead of canceling our meeting, we decided to take this opportunity to get everyone fired up and ready to work and get people out to the polls. We have asked our good friend Daniel Cohen to come and be our cheerleader/motivational speaker/badass coach to get everyone fired up! We will move right into passing out block walk packets for the Sharpstown area (primarily Chair Joyce Akins's Precinct #284), phone bank lists, or slate cards to distribute at Bayland Community Center. Please join us--light refreshments will be provided.
