There is orchard of fruit trees below the house.
This is an example of a listing where the pictures online don't do it justice at all. It was previously a rental property. It's way more impressive in person and has really nice mid century lines, indoor/outdoor spaces and views. There are two levels of balconies that run across the entire side of the house. It's a very classic Los Angeles mid century home and it reminds me of the Case Study Houses. It's going to be a stunner with some new flooring and updates. I'm personally really excited about this one.
