HELP DEMONSTRATE THE SUCCESS OF EQUITY CROWDFUNDING FOR OCEAN ENERGY

The Liquid Grid recently posted an excellent article about crowdfunding for ocean energy projects.  The article points out one of the key benefits of this form of fundraising, which is enabling ocean energy developers to reach a wider pool of potential investors and stakeholders than conventional fundraising.  If proven as a successful funding model for the ocean energy sector, this relatively new approach could fill critical funding gaps to help assure the success of ocean energy projects.

WAVE SWELL ENERGY (WSE) is an innovative Australian renewable energy technology company currently implementing an equity crowdfunding campaign to raise supplemental funding support for their King Island project.

Help Wave Swell reach their goal and demonstrate the success of crowdfunding for ocean energy projects by CONTRIBUTING TODAY to their campaign.

Following the close of their successful campaign in early December, WSE has offered to collaborate with AMET to share lessons learned of their crowdfunding experience to help support other ocean energy developers use this innovative funding approach.

If you want to support this project but can’t contribute, you can help by sharing this campaign with your network. Whether through your newsletter, your website, an email to your colleagues or by sharing a link on your social media platforms, your support will get them one step closer toward success of WSE's King Island project!
