Grand Oaks Farm will have potatoes and butternut squash available this week. The fresh herbs are finished until next year.
So far, the recent freezes and frosts have not damaged the lettuce, spinach, bunch onions, and French breakfast-type radishes. We will let you know when these vegetables ready to harvest.

Smoked Chickens - You can find smoked chickens in the freezer for $14 each. They are cured and smoked the same way as our bacon and ham steaks. Only a limited number available. We are looking for feedback if you like the first round (this spring) of smoked chicken or this round.

Free Bin - Look for some items in our "Free Bin". Take what you will use or share with family. Some items have some seals that have gone bad or have been in the freezer for some time. Help yourself. It is our way of trying to reduce waste.
