2018 Annual Returns.

Your Annual Return for the year ending December 31st, 2018 is due by January 15th, 2019.  There is a new form this year, so please use it and not a modified version of some previous form.  The new form is a spreadsheet, so please complete it electronically and not by hand.

There are several items to note when completing your Annual Return:

(i)  Make sure that the total number of members reported on line 4 on the front page is exactly the number of members in your Council.  If you have to make adjustments to the entries on lines 1 (a) - (c) to make this happen, then do so.

(ii)  Report all membership gains and losses in the appropriate tables on the back page.  Do not submit a separate report or roster in lieu of completing these tables.

(iii)  Make sure that the number of gains and losses reported on lines 2 and 3 on the front page agree with the changes reported in the tables on the back page.

Red Branch of Eri.

Councils may now nominate members for the Red Branch of Eri at any time during the year, not just with your Annual Return.  Please note that nominations received after January 15th, 2019 will be applied toward your 2019 quota.  A description of the four honors, along with the regalia and fees, may be found on the HONORS page of our website.  There is a new form, which is a spreadsheet, so please complete it electronically and not by hand.  You may download the new Red Branch of Eri nomination form from the DOWNLOADS page of our website or by clicking on the button below:

Regalia and Supplies Orders.

The order form for Regalia & Supplies has been updated.  This form is a spreadsheet, so please complete it electronically and not by hand.  Remember that all orders must be placed using this form and all orders must be prepaid.  You may download the updated Regalia & Supplies Order form from the DOWNLOADS page of our website or by clicking on the button below:

Annals and Miscellanea.

The last issue of the Annals that was published and distributed was the 2015 issue.  The 2016, 2017, and 2018 issues are in the final stage of editing and will be sent to the printer very soon.  We hope to have them shipped to the local Council Secretaries by the end of January.  You will be notified when a distribution date has been determined.

The last issue of the Miscellanea that was published and distributed was the 2014 issue.  The Publication Committee is currently editing a new issue from a backlog of well over one hundred papers that have been submitted for inclusion.  No date has yet been determined for the publication and distribution of this issue.
