Since last hearing from us back in September, BoxNine7 have been working on some new and very exciting projects! As Head of Operations and PRS at BoxNine7, my main area of focus has been the growth of the Private Rented Sector (PRS), with the Build-to-Rent sector now playing a major role in the market place.
Renters are beginning to favour the flexibility, convenience and high standards of this new wave of developments, therefore, it only felt natural to investigate further and explore where BoxNine7 can add value to this market.
