Vigil Nominations
The Vigil Honor is the highest honor a lodge can bestow upon one of its members for service to the lodge and council. Any member of the lodge may nominate members who have been brotherhood members of the lodge for at least two years. The Vigil Honor Selection Committee will convene to review all nominations and ultimately select to whom in the lodge will be given the Vigil Honor. Nominees must have their 2019 dues paid to be considered. Nominations can be completed online here or emailed to vigil@erielhonan.org using this form no later than December 31, 2018.
Founders Award
The Founder's Award recognizes Arrowmen who have given outstanding service to their lodge. The award is reserved for an Arrowman who demonstrates that he or she personifies the spirit of selfless service, as advocated by founder E. Urner Goodman and cofounder Carroll A. Edson. Complete a nomination online here or use the form here and send it to founders@erielhonan.org. Nominations are due by December 14, 2018.
Lodge Leadership Development
Behind every Order of the Arrow function is the need for planning and leadership. Lodge and chapter officers, committee chairs, advisers, and those interested in becoming more involved in the lodge are invited to join us on Saturday, December 15, at the Council Service Center for Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) which features trainings aimed at improving our leadership and teaching about the many facets of our Order.

Festivities will begin at 6pm (doors will open at 5pm).

Registration will open soon, and the first 200 members to register and have paid their 2019 dues will receive a commemorative patch—the first in a special 2019 series!
