Como Park Falcon Heights Living at Home Block Nurse Program
Want a strong commitment to area older adults?
Please support it!

Dear friends of our program, please support us for this year’s Give to the Max Day on Thursday, November 15th and help us assist older adults in Como and Falcon Heights. We need your support in order to continue to do the work we do to increase socialization while enhancing the quality of life for older adults in our service area.

Give to the Max Day is Minnesota's biggest giving day of the year, and our goal is to raise $5,000. In order to help us meet this goal, we need your help. There is no need to wait until November 15th to donate -- you can donate now! Early giving is underway, just visit https://www.givemn.org/organization/Comofalconbnp

Thank you for everything you do to make us a strong and vital organization.  We couldn’t do this without your support!
The Living at Home Block Nurse model is a unique and effective model of care for senior's living in the home and community the love as they age. It is successful because of thoughtful, caring neighbors that come forward to volunteer and/or donate.
Our Mission: We are a non-profit serving neighbors aged 65 years and better, by organizing supportive services, respite for caregivers, and the compassion you, our volunteers.
