From the nominations received, The Board of Trustees have selected Dr Shabbir Ahmad as the Chairperson of the Election Committee and by input from the Chairperson the Board of Trustees have also selected the following four members of the Election Committee.

Please check your name in the members list in the lobby. If you were previously a member but do not see your name listed, this means your membership has been long expired and we have not received a renewal. Please do not forget to submit a membership form with your updated information. Membership forms can be found in the lobby as well. Membership lists posted in Brothers' and Sisters' lobby are current as of Thursday, November 1, 2016.
The importance of maintaining Masjid membership is to ensure you have a voice as a community member and the right to vote in any open general body decision making process relating to the masjid, in addition to nominations and voting on nominees for masjid board or committee positions. Members who have not maintained an active membership by minimum 60 days before a voting process are not eligible to vote. Active membership means you have either renewed your membership, or it has not been greater than 365 days since your last membership (new member or renewal) application submission.

Fall Class & Lecture Schedule
|
|
Sh Ammar has begun his classes. In addition to the classes, Sh Ammar is going through Sayd Al-Khatir by Ibn al-Jawzy most days after Isha. Brothers are also encouraged to attend Sh Ammar's Quran Halaqah on Sundays after Fajr.
Advanced Arabic Class has been moved to Wednesday.
Sh Ahmed Khater will begin teaching Usool Al-Fiqh on Thursdays (After Isha) from the coming week.
Classes and lectures are free and open for members to attend.
