ASMAC Turns 80!
Join the celebration on Nov. 18
This year marks the 80th Anniversary of the American Society of Music Arrangers and Composers. To celebrate, a festive concert and fundraising event spotlighting the music and accomplishments of ASMAC and its talented members will take place on Sunday, Nov. 18, at the Skirball Center in Los Angeles.
The program begins at 2 p.m. with a reception, followed by the program and concert honoring multi Grammy Award winning music producer, songwriter and composer Walter Afanasieff with the President’s Award. The event will include additional featured guests, performers, videos and tributes focusing on ASMAC arrangers, composers, orchestrators and Golden Score Awardees throughout the years. Learn more about the additional performers here.
