It's finally summer!  That means sun, sand and water!  Whether your idea of a fabulous weekend is hanging out around the pool with your four-legged friend, heading to the beach, or relaxing in the garden, we've got everything you need to spend less time working and more time relaxing.

Did you know that almost all our stores can test your pool and spa water for you?*  It only takes a few minutes and afterwards we will give you a computer printout that shows exactly what to do to bring your water back to being healthy and crystal clear.  Drop in anytime to pick up a FREE water sample bottle.

It's time to treat lawn beetle but how do you know that you have it?  You can often tell by brown patches in the lawn or another way is to throw a bucket of water over a patch of the lawn, then lay a thick piece of old carpet or cardboard over the top overnight, then come back in the morning to see if the beetle have come to the surface.  If they have, drop in to one of our stores to find out what to do about it.  

It's time for our Christmas Paws & Claus!  Once again we're proud to be joining with our customers to support the volunteer pet rescue groups around WA.  Every year they struggle to support hundreds of homeless and abandoned pets, often without funding or financial support.  Through our annual Paws & Claus Christmas campaign, you can donate food, toys and bedding by putting them under our Christmas trees in any Better Pets and Gardens store.  All donations go to one of the very deserving local pet rescue groups that we support.
