India is currently experiencing the worst air pollution so far this year.
According to the WHO (World Health Organization), 11 of the 12 cities with the world's highest levels of fine particulate matter are located in India. Human sources of these air pollutants include factory emissions, car exhaust fumes, cooking stoves and smoke from agricultural fires.
At last Sunday's cricket, players from Mumbai and Sri Lanka chose to wear pollution masks. This week's Diwali fireworks are likely to send the AQI levels even further in to the danger zone.
For your health and wellbeing we recommend the Respro® Ultralight™ Mask for all your air pollution needs.
