Crispy Salmon with Cabbage
A great step-by-step guide for making the perfect fish with delicious, seasonal ingredients.
Ingredients
1 head of cabbage
5 garlic cloves
1 knob of ginger
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
4 salmon fillets
Salt and Pepper
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
