Club memberships expire on December 31, 2018. This is your notice to renew your Club membership for 2019.
As a member, It is your responsibility to renew your membership prior to December 31st. Per our Club bylaws, any member who does not renew his or her membership prior to the end of January grace period will no longer be a member in good standing and will be required to re-apply for membership and pay the $10 application fee in addition to the annual dues.
AGC rules require that persons seeking to purchase or renew a Range Badge, have in their possession a valid Club membership card for 2019. The 2018 AGC annual range badges will not be valid after January 31, 2019. Persons do not maintain active membership in the Club, and who own a 15 year Range Badge, will have their badge invalidated by the AGC.

- Open the form with Adobe Reader.
- Use the “Save As” function in Adobe Reader to save the form on your computer and name it “your last name” so you don’t lose your data.
- Fill in the form and save the file again.
- Print the completed form.
- Mail the form with your check in the amount of $35 payable to Mt. Washington Rod & Gun Club (USPS – not email) to the address on the bottom of the form.
- Remember, our bylaws require that members complete and submit a membership renewal form.
New members who join the club after November 15th will have their dues applied to the 2019 membership year! |
