Job sharing on the Swiss National Radio (SRF)
SRF interviewed the Association PTO about the potential of job sharing in politics (in German).
Being a politician is not an ordinary job, as it requires very adaptive skills and full dedication to an objective. Is it possible to share such executive positions, even at the highest level of the hierarchy? This is the question that Swiss media was putting into question in October on both sides of Röstigraben.
At Association PTO, we answer with a resounding yes. Several political party leaders are already showing us the way. Stay tuned, we are certain this is just the beginning. Listen to the interview on SRF.
