Our First AGM

It's hard to think that we've come this far - but it's time for our first Annual General Meeting of the Friends of Huntfold.
Please come - we will make the key decisions for 2019 at this meeting.

Monday 19th November 2018
7.00pm
Greenmount Church

The Meeting will cover the following topics:

what we've done in 2018 and what we plan to do in 2019
what it cost us in 2018 and what it will cost us in 2019
the AGM will be asked to vote on the proposed amount each Household is asked to contribute in 2019

you'd like to be on the Management Group of Friends of Huntfold

With regard to nominations for the Management Group - you can nominate yourself or someone else to one of our 'Officer' roles. The Nominator and the Nominee must attend the AGM and have notified the Secretary by Friday November 9th. You might like to note that the current Officers have agreed to continue in their current capacities. If we receive a nomination we need to know for what role and then we vote on the choices we have.
The current Officers are:
Ann Bennett (Treasurer), Anne Booker (Officer), David Booker (Secretary), Christine Rogan (Officer) and Chris Rogan (Chair).
