Rinehart Clinic is focused on diabetes throughout the year, but November is a good time to highlight its impacts since it is National Diabetes Month. We want to bring attention to diabetes and our care team is encouraging our patients to have an A1C test before the end of 2018.

The Seaside Providence Community Connections free ride program offers rides to medical appointments in Clatsop County and the Portland metro area for patients who meet income eligibility requirements.

Monthly One Stop Resource Shop offers a variety of resources in one location
|

 If you or someone you know needs help finding a job, housing or energy bill assistance, health insurance, food resources, veterans services, and more, resources will be available the third Wednesday of every month in South Tillamook County. No need to drive around to multiple offices!
