The President opened the meeting at 6:40 pm, welcomed all present and confirmed the previous meetings minutes. Previous Minutes: The minutes of the previous meetings being the Annual General Meeting and the General Meeting held immediately after were taken to be read. Agenda & Meeting Discussions
Constitution Review
Treasurer provided history of Constitution and associated ABA membership and Fair Trading requirements.Agreed that the Treasurer would continue with review over next few months, and present to committee for acceptance prior to its submission to Fair Trading.

Membership fees/Bylaw
Obligation for BBK to know who its members are, Current Membership list is being revised by the Treasurer.Current members to receive a reminder when fees are due.Past members to be invited to renew.Membership fee $10 payable per calendar year at the same time as the ABA fees (Adults >18yrs, children free).Dispense with joining fee. (Moved: MO; 2nd:VP).

13 December 6:30pm – BBK & guests Christmas party at Beekeeper's Inn.
9 February 2pm – BBK Hive Open Day, Extractions, Bee suit required.
28 February – Parramatta/alternate Guest Speaker.
28 March – Shutdown Hives.
