Fact or Fiction:
In 1999, I came across a FBIS translation of Unrestricted Warfare (Learn More) and it had a profound impact on me.  I sent it to everyone I knew, published it on Terrorism.com (and forwarded it to JYA at Cryptome.org), and mentioned it in every presentation I gave for the next decade and beyond.  Unrestricted Warfare served as a foundational piece for me and allowed me to operate, inform, and influence a generation of cyberwarriors as to what was next.  This was big.  It was important.  We needed to learn from it.  I had similar intuition reading "AI Superpowers: China, Silicon Valley, and the New World Order" by Kai-Fu Lee.  While Lee's book is not military strategy like Unrestricted Warfare, I feel it is profoundly important to frame China's AI related initiatives and establishes and anchor point and roadmap as to what we will see over the next decade.
