9AM: Due to an emergency intervention by the fire department Cavendish southbound (leaving CSL) between Kildare and Heywood is closed to traffic. Please avoid the area and use Heywood to access the Cavendish underpass instead. Cavendish nothbound has also been reduced to one lane.
