Using StrengthsFinder to discover the potential in our students (and employees)

One of my very favorite things about working with students is watching them come to understand how unique they are and how unique they can become. One of the tools we use to discover these unique qualities is Gallup's StrengthsFinder - we've been using it for 4 years with a small group of our Upper School students and feel it really helps to zero in on unlocking a student's (or employee's) potential - especially in collaborating with others.
